Sparkling wine brut rosé “Oro Rosé”: why we like it
The sparkling wine brut rosé Oro Rosé comes from the vinification process of local red berry grapes deriving from vineyards located in the hilly area of the town of Luogosano, where the soil is clayey and calcareous.
The grapes, harvested at the right ripeness level, are entirely and softly pressed. The must is cold clarified and fermented at a low temperature. Then there is a process of conservation and fermentation in autoclave for at least two months.
It is a full, aromatic and soft sparkling wine ideal for aperitifs and special moments. It goes well with cold and raw land and sea appetizers. The service temperature is 5-6 ° C.
