Made from grapes selected in the Taurasi DOCG area, this red wine of great personality combines structure, freshness and drinkability, making it perfect for any occasion. After aging for six months in oak barrels, the wine stands out for its harmonious profile, capable of evolving over time and surprising with its elegance.
The wine is bright ruby red to the eye, shot through with purple hues that highlight its youthfulness. The nose reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances of black pepper and tobacco. Soft pressing allows the wine’s finesse to be preserved, while subsequent aging in oak barrels for six months gives greater balance and roundness to the tannins, without covering the vine’s lively expressiveness.

It is recommended to serve at 18-20°C, opening the bottle at least half an hour before tasting to enhance its aromatic complexity.
