Spumante Extra dry Falanghina “ReMier”: why we like it
“ReMier” is obtained from the careful selection of 100% Falanghina grapes, coming from vineyards located in Sannio and Irpinia.
The grapes with good phenolic ripeness are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar where they are carefully processed. The process begins with the selection and separation of the first fractions of the must and subsequently the fermentation process at low temperature takes place. The sparkling wine production takes place according to the Charmat Method.
The characteristics of this sparkling wine make it ideal as an aperitif, cocktail but also as an accompaniment to appetizers and light seafood dishes. It is recommended to taste it in a flute at a service temperature of 6°C.
