Aglianico Grappa “Bucce nere”: why we like it
“Bucce nere” is obtained from the selection of 100% Aglianico grapes coming from vineyards located in the Taurasi DOCG area.
This grappa is obtained from the traditional distillation in a copper still of the fresh pomace of the Irpinia Aglianico DOP “Bucce nere” red wine. The maturation takes place for several years in local wood and spends a period of refinement in oak barrels.
