Beneventano Rosato Frizzante IGP “Appiano” Bio: why we like it
This Beneventano Rosato Frizzante IGP Bio is made from Barbera del Sannio, Piedirosso and Sciascinoso grapes, from vineyards planted in the territory of the municipality of Calvi, in the Benevento wine district. The vineyards are located on a clay soil that gives special benefits to the plants and grapes. The training system used is espalier and the production method is certified Organic/Biodynamic. This wine is certified Organic/Biodynamic by the certifying body “Icea”.
After the harvest, once the grapes arrive at the winery, the white vinification phase begins , without skin contact, followed by aging in steel.
Goes well with white appetizers, soups, delicate pasta dishes, fish soups, baked and grilled. Best served at a temperature of 9-10°C.
