Your experience begins with a guided tour of the historic 1800s cooperage, an evocative place that tells the story of Taurasi DOCG, a place where time and barrel wood work together to create wines of great structure and elegance. Between oak barrels and stone walls, you will discover the aging process and winemaking techniques that give life to the great wines of Irpinia.
After the winery, we will move between the rows of the vineyard in the company of Giacomo Pastore, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about Aglianico cultivation techniques with an educational lesson on pruning and vineyard management.
