This “Campania Falanghina IGT “Tenus ” from the Centenus line is a white wine made from Falanghina (9%) and Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino (5%) grapes, hand-picked in boxes.
The “Centenus” line was born from the winemaker’s desire to produce a wine with a fresh and young structure, characterized by a wide versatility as regards combinations for cooking and above all to drink at home without renouncing quality.
During the fermentation process it is stored in steel barrels at a controlled temperature, it can reach an alcohol content of about 12.5% Vol. and it should be served at a temperature of 14° C.
