Beneventano Falanghina IGT: why we like it
Beneventano Falanghina IGT is a white wine produced with 100% Falanghina grapes coming from vineyards located on a soil with clayey and calcareous morphological characteristics and worked through a cultivation system called “guyot”.
The harvest time coincides with the first ten days of October. During the fermentation process it is stored at a controlled temperature of 12° C for about 40 days, in order to maximize the organoleptic scents of the Falanghina vine. In its final phase it has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol.
Its pairing matches well with seafood, shellfish and white meats. It should be served at a temperature of 14° C.
