Fiano di Avellino DOCG “Eugenia”, produced by the Sella delle Spine winery, is a wine with a deep straw yellow colour tending to greenish. The olfactory profile expresses a large bouquet of delicate hints of hazelnut and apricot that blend with fragrances of tropical fruit and, in the aging process, of pear. Its taste is characterized by a dry, smooth and soft flavour, with a marked pleasantness on the palate. A tasting experience that leaves an impression, which ends with a sense of good persistence.

Fiano di Avellino DOCG “Eugenia” is a white wine produce with 100% Fiano grapes coming from vines located on soils composed of clay and limestone, growed with a cultivation system called “guyot”.
The harvesting time coincides with the second ten days of October During the fermentation process it is preserved in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 6-8° C. In its final phase, it is possible to detect an alcohol content that ranges between 12.5 to 13.5% vol.
In cooking it is indicated for its pairing with fish dishes and it is also considered an excellent wine for a simple aperitif. It should be served at a temperature ranging between 12 and 14° C.
