Beneventano Coda di Volpe IGP “Covante” Bio – Bosco Sant’Agnese Winery
€10,00
The Beneventano Coda di Volpe IGP “Covante” Bio from Cantina Bosco Sant’Agnese is a wine with a deep and clear golden yellow color. The nose expresses a pleasant bouquet composed of fruity notes of pear, yellow apple, pineapple, apricot and orange, with hints of honey, flint and a mineral touch. The palate is harmonious and balanced, dry, warm, with medium acidity. An interesting taste that gives a finish with a medium-long persistence.

Beneventano Coda di volpe IGP “Covante” Bio: why we like it
This Beneventano Coda di Volpe IGP Bio is produced with pure Coda di Volpe grapes from vineyards planted in the territory of the municipality of Calvi, in the province of Benevento, in the heart of the wine-growing area of the famous Sannio DOC appellation. The vineyards are located on soil consisting of volcanic, limestone and clay elements that confer particular benefits to the plants. The training system used is espalier and the production method is certified Organic/Biodynamic.
After the harvest, once the grapes arrive at the winery, the fermentation phase begins, which takes place in steel with very short maceration on the skins, such that a low level of sulfur dioxide is maintained.
This is a medium-bodied, medium-intensity wine that is excellent paired with vegetable dishes, seafood, but is also a perfect companion for appetizers and snacks.

Livia Alfieri –
sorprendentemente equilibrato e piacevole.
