The Eliseo Santoro winery produces different types of Campania wines, each characterized by a unique flavour that expresses the Irpinia area. Among the main wines we find Campania Aglianico IGP Bio from the Traditionis line, a robust and structured red wine, Campania Coda di Volpe IGP Bio from the same line, an elegant and sweet white, and two versions of Campania Falanghina PGI, one included in the line Traditionis and “Limpha”, both with organic certification and excellent representatives of the fresh and fruity character of this type of Campania white wine. The production also includes Mosto Cotto, a traditional product of the area. The grapes are harvested by hand at the right moment of ripeness and vinified with care, without the use of chemical compounds.
