Irpinia Aglianico DOC Biologico, produced by the Boccella Rosa winery, is a wine with a lively ruby ​​red colour with violet reflections. With a strong personality, this red wine has an olfactory profile which recalls notes of black cherry in alcohol, red fruits, plum, black pepper and floral notes of typical violets. Its flavour results fresh, tannic, pungent and energetic. The acidity binds perfectly with the tannin, a ripe tannin at the right point.
