La Molara: a Campanian wine-making excellence, founded on the passion of its members, on product quality and on the valorization of the local wine-making tradition and territory

La Molara Srl is a wine company specialized in the production of high-quality and authentic wines that express the essence of the territory. Located in the municipality of Luogosano in the province of Avellino, Campania, the company was founded in 2002 thanks to the passion and constant work of the founding members, who provided their commercial and technical experience to face a highly selective and competitive market. Today the reference partner is the Neapolitan lawyer Riccardo Morelli, together with his family.

The winery extends over an area of seven hectares of vineyards, located in the company’s own land or rented by the members. The vineyards are recently established, with intensive planting systems and specialized cultivation, and the planting density varies between 4000 and 6000 plants per hectare. The most commonly used training systems are the spur cordon and the guyot.

We pay particular attention to product quality, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Harvesting is carried out rigorously and exclusively by hand, to guarantee the maximum selection of grapes and the best quality of the final product. In the cellar, Professor Pasquale Di Stasio, responsible for the cellar, and Giovanni Soriano, responsible for the product and vineyard operations, work with the utmost attention to preserve the natural characteristics of the grapes and the territory, and to create authentic and high-quality wines.
