La Molara

The Irpinia Spumante Fiano Brut produced by the La Molara winery is a wine with a brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose it is complex, elegant, with hints of white flowers and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it is fresh, sapid with a fairly fine perlage. A balanced and persistent taste that concludes with a very pleasant finish.

The Rosé Brut sparkling wine, produced by the La Molara winery, is a wine with a bright cherry pink colour. On the nose it reveals hints of ripe red fruit, strawberry and cherry. Floral, complex and elegant, fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is soft and persuasive, dry and sapid. A balanced and persistent taste that concludes with a very pleasant finish.
