Irpinia Rosato DOC “Vela Vento Vulcano”, produced by the Tenuta Cavalier Pepe winery, is a rosé wine with a light pink colour. Its olfacotry profile consits of a floral bouquet, with hints of morello cherry and wild strawberry. Its flavour is fresh, persistent on the palate, slightly lively thanks to a content of carbon dioxide.
