On the nose it is extremely complex and constantly evolving, ranging from broom and orange flowers to yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach, melon and banana, with iodized puffs and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is sapid and very persistent, with the right balance between the freshness of the acidity and the softness due to the alcohol and the aging process in barrique. A balanced and persistent taste that concludes with a very pleasant finish.
