Irpinia Aglianico DOC \u201cRosso Tau\u201d: why we like it<\/h2>\n

Irpinia Aglianico DOC \u201cRosso Tau\u201d<\/strong> is a red wine produced with 100% Aglianico grapes<\/strong> from the vineyard located in the municipality of Taurasi, where Sella delle Spine winery was born.<\/p>\n

Its vines, which produce Aglianico quality grapes, are located on mixed soil and they are grown using the system called “spurred cordon”.<\/p>\n

The harvest time is between the end of October and the beginning of November. During the reserving period, it is aged in French oak barrels for 4 months, while the final aging phase is spent in bottle for 6-8 months.<\/p>\n

It prefers combinations with red meats, meat ragout and aged cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 18\u00b0 C.<\/p>\n
