Campania Coda di Volpe IGT from Di Marco winery: why we like it<\/h2>\n

This Campania Coda di Volpe IGT from the Di Marco winery is made with pure Coda di Volpe grapes from vineyards planted in the hills of Irpinia. The vines grow on soil consisting of elements of a calcareous and clayey nature that confer particular benefits to the plants. The training system used is the espalier system with a production of 100 ql of grapes per hectare. <\/p>\n

Grapes are harvested by hand in 20-kg crates the third week of October. After harvest, once the grapes arrive at the winery, temperature-controlled fermentation and cold maceration begins with a soft pressing. <\/p>\n

The result is a harmonious wine, excellent in combination with seafood appetizers, soups, fish dishes, white meats. To fully appreciate its qualities, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12\u00b0C. <\/p>\n
